D-Points; Term.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In the service offered by DiBuCard International LLC called D Travel Club Reference Club, users receive one-time bonuses in the form of so-called D-Points. It is a form of a one-time bonus for maintaining your club membership. D-Points can be accumulated and used for partial or full reimbursement of travel expenses.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D-Points do not represent monetary value and can only be used for club use and for the purpose of reimbursement of travel expenses by an active, subscribed user of any DiBuCard service.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Collected D-Points may be used according to DiBuCard instructions and only for the needs of the person whose name appears as the rightful user of one of the user-paid plans assigned to the D-Travel Club.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D-Points may not be exchanged, resold, or in any other way not approved by DiBuCard, used either inside the club or outside the DiBuCard.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"13\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">II. D-Points Bonus; receiving, accumulation, and payments.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"14\">All transactions related to D-Points (bonus and savings points) are made by transfers in USD coins (1 USD coin = 1 US dollar). It is the user&#8217;s responsibility to provide the appropriate information to allow the USD Coins transaction to be processed.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"15\">The user receives an automatic and one-time bonus in the form of a certain number of D-Points for the successful purchase of a selected subscription plan, giving the user the right to become a member of the D Travel Club reference club service. The amount of the bonus in the form of the number of D-Points allocated depends directly on the subscription plan chosen by the user and is specified in this plan.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"16\">The user automatically receives a one-time bonus in the form of a certain number of D-Points each time his membership is successfully renewed, and this amount is determined by the current subscription plan that the user purchases.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"17\">The user automatically receives a one-time bonus in the form of a certain number of D-Points each time another user purchases a membership subscription at the D Travel Club reference club for himself. The amount of D-Points awarded is determined by the current subscription plan that he, the user, and the new user have purchased.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"18\">The user automatically receives a one-time bonus in the form of a certain number of D-Points each time individual users referred by the user renew their membership at the D Travel Club reference club. The number of D-Points awarded is determined by the current subscription plan that the user has purchased and that the users referred by him have purchased.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"19\">D-Points\/Bonuses are added automatically to the user&#8217;s account and will not expire as long as the user keeps his account active (paid).<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"20\">You can freeze your D Travel Club account for an indefinite period of time by upgrading to the $9.99 per month plan. This plan does not accumulate D-Points and generates no passive income; it only maintains a user account in the DiBuCard system.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"21\">If the user &#8220;freezes&#8221; the account in D Travel Club, the D-Points will be kept until the account is &#8220;unfrozen,&#8221; i.e., switching to one of the applicable subscription plans of the D Travel Club club.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"22\">If the account is canceled by the user on the D Travel Club website, the D-Points will be permanently forfeited after 30 days.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"23\">In the event that the user decides to activate (unfreeze) his account within a period of no more than 12 months from the cancellation, the D-Points collected until the account is canceled by the user will be returned to his account.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"24\">During the period of inactivity of the account (maximum period of 6 months), D-Points do not accumulate and do not increase in number; they are only archived.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"25\">Six months after the cancellation of the account, if the user fails to activate his account by successfully paying for it, all collected D-Points will expire and the account will be canceled permanently.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"26\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">III. Using Bonus D-Points.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"27\">In order to use D-Points, the user must accumulate a minimum of 1000 D-Points in their user account.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"28\">D-Points can be used to refund some or all of your various personal travel expenses.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"29\">These costs can be reimbursed using D-Points for the purchase by the user of a resort vacation, hotel accommodation, air travel, cruise ship tours, other transport trips or overnight stays in other dedicated locations such as campsites, holiday homes, campsites, and others.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"30\">When using D-Points, it is your responsibility to determine exactly how many D-Points you wish to use for a specific service on a particular journey. If the journey provided by the user allows the use of a certain number of D-Points, the user may not indicate in his declaration that he wants to use more D-Points than the amount due for that journey. In the event of giving more, the surplus of D-Points will be automatically canceled.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"31\">The user has the right to use his D-Points for various costs incurred during one trip, such as: airfare, hotel, car rental, etc. The user must complete a separate declaration of use of D-Points for each part.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"32\">You may spend as many D-Points as you currently have on your account, however DiBuCard does not provide any form of D-Points credit for any part of the DTC offers.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"33\">D-Points bonuses accumulate on subscription plans assigned to D Travel Club.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"34\">A user who is a member of another DiBuCard service may switch to one of the D Travel Club plans and collect D-Points for himself and then use them on the terms regulated by these regulations.<\/li><li class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"35\">Once a calendar year, you can convert your D-Points to cash. The minimum D-Points used for the exchange is 1000 (one thousand). The maximum D-Points that the user can exchange for cash is 4000 (four thousand) D-Points. The cash conversion is convertible to US dollars at a ratio of 30 D-Points = $1.<\/li><li data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"35\">All transactions will be the value of the declared D-Points in relation to the present value, which is: * $ 1 = 20 D-Points, and if converted to cash or fuel, $ 1 = 30 D-Points.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"root-block-node\" data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"36\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">IV.
